Thought I was stepping into a typical pharmacy…. I was wrong!! This is the cleanest nicest place to come get Your COVID vaccine. Most places around town are out of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine… Not Midtown pharmacy! Plus an amazing group of people that work here. Super friendly, helpful, and come to find out, it’s a family affair! Not only a pharmacy but a fantastic coffee shop with a well trained barista. No more of the usual chain pharmacies for me. I will continue to proudly support this family run one of a kind pharmacy.

Really great experience! Clean, friendly and quick. I got a COVID vaccine here since it was one of the only places in Jax to carry the J&J. Pharmacist that administered the shot was helpful, and informative. They even have a cute little coffee shop I ordered a coffee from. Highly recommend

Great specialty & wellness pharmacy! Got the J&J covid vaccine here and everyone was so nice, fast and very thorough with information. They also have a wonderful coffee bar, so you can get a coffee on the way home! Wonderful place for veterinary medicine and compounding as well! Thank you for such a great experience! Will be returning for sure!

When i went to pick up my medicine I seen a coffee spot inside. I tried a sea salt frappe and it was so good. The staff was very nice and professional. My drink was very good, and i will be back soon.

Both the atmosphere and level of service and friendliness at Medtown were excellent. Dr. Chen took his time to help me with a difficult situation I was experiencing and to provide me with some very useful advice for the future. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

From the parking lot to the counter, you are greeted with a welcoming atmosphere. Walking to the counter you are greeted with a smile from you local neighborhood pharmacist, a person of our community. This small hometown pharmacy brings back the hometown feel we all miss from back in the day with a new time feel. While you wait for your prescription you can enjoy a full coffee and tea bar that includes Boba. After getting your prescription you get to have a personal walk through of your prescription form the pharmacist (the owner how cool is that). If you have the time get to know this little place in our hometown please go, andtake you business here. This was my first experience with Medtown Pharmacy, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I needed a compounded prescription for the first time and had several questions. The team was patient, took the time to explain everything, and even contacted my doctor to make sure all details were correct. Their customer service excellent. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and fast. Highly recommend!

The staff are friendly and quick to fill prescriptions. Having a coffee place inside is great! The only challenge is communication through the safety barrier, which can be difficult at times. An intercom system would be a great improvement, especially for customers with hearing difficulties.

We love Medtown Pharmacy! We have been with them for years. When you walk in, they know your entire family‘s names. They treat you like close, personal friends. It is much better than going to chain pharmacies. We love the way they make us feel. Highly Recommend!

The BEST People , Atmosphere , Pharmacist, Drivers (and yes I said drivers) Pharmacy You Will EVER Find!!!! I Drove 40 min From My Home To The Pharmacy And It Was Literally A Pharmacy 5 Min From My Home. People Say I Did Too Much. No That's How Chen And His Staff Go Out Their Way To Make Sure You Have What You Need! I Called Closer To Closing Chen (The Owner) Answered. It Was A Med That I Needed It Wasn't Delivered With The Rest. He Closed And He Made Sure I Had It That Night. This Is What You Get With!! Thanks Chen And Staff For Fir Over 22 Years Of Excellent Service To Me And My Husband shelita And John❤️
